AIESEC’s Campus Recruitment Activities offer companies the opportunity to build an employer brand among more than 7,500 last year students with an economical, law, engineering or IT background. Due to the fact that all our campus recruitment activities are centralised at the national office of AIESEC in Belgium, we offer one contact person for your campus recruitment activities across 11 different campuses. Our strong presence in the campuses itself, allows us to conduct a strong promotion that no other organisation can offer. | |

Job Ticket Our annual Career Guide, Job Ticket, is sent for free at the beginning of October to 7,500 last year students who are about to graduate in economic sciences, engineering, law or IT. About 4,250 copies in Dutch and 3,250 copies in French provide students an introduction to the top recruiters in Luxemburg and Belgium. We also provide our readers with advice on how to write a CV, and how to apply for a job. Students use Job Ticket as a career resource all year round. |

Job Days Companies present themselves and their job opportunities in 2 sessions of approximately 50 minutes. Our audience of more than 2,000 last year students registers before the event itself, therefore you will only get students with an interest in your organisation. We will also inform you how many students you can expect in your 2 sessions. In these sessions, most of our partners present their organisation and the current job opportunities and career prospects they provide. At the end of each Job Day we organise a reception. In that way you can interact with the students on an informal basis. |
|
Job Fairs The Job Fair is an ideal way to interact with young people on an informal basis. All organisations represent themselves with a promotion stand, where they provide more information about their company, explain the application procedures and career opportunities and even invite these last year students for an interview. Our students on the other hand, get the opportunity to walk around, ask questions and even hand in their CV. At the end of each Job Fair we organise a reception, so that you can interact with the students on an informal basis. |

Job Days registration website For the Job Days and Job Fairs 2007-2008, all last year students will have to register online. We will provide a short description of every organisation participating in Job Days and/or Job Fairs. However, we also offer you the opportunity to present your company through an elaborated description and company profile. |

Hiring for Attitude – A cooperation between AIESEC and JobEQ.com This year AIESEC started to work together with JoBEQ.com. Thanks to this cooperation we can now provide last year students the opportunity to take the iWAM test. The iWAM test helps them become more aware of their strengths, weaknesses & attitude preferences. Organisations, such as yours, will get the opportunity to search our student database and rank the candidates in order to find the people with the attitude that fits the best with your organisational culture. Through our website we will also offer our partners the opportunity to send a direct mailing (e-mail) to the target audience of your preference. |
